Wayne Hyde and Werner Weber first crossed paths in 2006 on a company ski trip, celebrating top sales performances in their respective stores in Portsmouth and Hampstead. What began as a chance meeting quickly grew into a lasting friendship, rooted in a shared passion for technology and premium HiFi.

Over the next two decades, they each carved out successful careers in the high-end AV and smart home space, delivering more than 300 residential and commercial installations across London and abroad. Werner launched Cinch Technology and WHW Consulting in 2018, building a loyal client base through premium service and bespoke solutions. Meanwhile, Wayne thrived in the AV distribution sector, gaining deep insight into the evolving needs of both clients and integrators.

In 2024, they had both left the capital and relocated to Hampshire and Wiltshire. Then, while travelling together to a trade show in Germany, a conversation mid-flight sparked something new. They realised that by joining forces — combining their skills, experience, and shared values — they could create a business that reflected their expertise and deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions to businesses in the South.
